Great location, everything near by
Mattress was a bit old, shower was in the tub with curtain

I liked how I felt secure there and close to all amenities
there was nothing I didn't like

Good location if you want to be close to the Valley.
The balcony door (first floor) didn’t lock. I asked for a new room and so needed to move at night once I realised. Got to the new room and got settled.. only to realise the balcony lock in that room was broken too. For its location in the middle of the valley, that felt unsafe.
Rug on carpet needed a clean.
Loud and I had paid more specifically for a quiet room so didn’t sleep well at all.

Super close to the valley, comfortable enough for a 1-2 night stay.
Rooms unmaintained, obviously in need of repair and deep cleaning. All sorts of cleaning issues - what appeared to be bodily fluids on the curtain, unwashed spare blanket with multiple unknown "stains", significant amount of mould and dust in the bathroom. Ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work at all and no staff around to assist due to opening hours. Listed as soundproofed, however we were very much able to hear neighbouring guests, street noise (understand given the location, but very much not soundproofed), and other guests in the hallway. Safety issue with blind cords not compliant with child safe regulations.
