The staff Andy and Jen amazing, location is perfect, a lot of space in the one bedroom apartment. Had all the essentials and if I needed, from bathroom to laundry to kitchen things.

Apartment was spacious and clean.
Location was convenient for the meetings I attended.
We asked for a quiet apartment and although it was on a high floor, one bedroom adjoined the lifts so there was noise whenever the lift was used, which seemed to happen throughout the night. The other bedroom had traffic noise. Both require better soundproofing/double glazing.
Very poorly equipped eg just one knife/fork etc per person. This meant frequent washing up - but only one sachet of dishwasher powder was provided.
Very harsh lighting eg in main bathroom. Softer lighting is needed.
