The staff and food were excellent. The manager went out of her way to accommodate us as my wife has a bad spine.

We enjoyed the food in the hotel. We had dinner one evening and breakfast on two mornings. The breakfast in particular was very good.
When we arrived at 3pm, the check in start time, there was no one around to welcome us and give us our room keys. Eventually a girl who worked in the restaurant came to help us but it clearly not her job.
We didn't like the 12.5% service charge for our dinner in the restaurant.
