We had an excellent time here, the room was great and very spacious with an excellent bathroom that was very clean. The food was also phenomenal and it was great feeling so welcome in the pub downstairs.

The communications with the Kilchrenan before arrival were first class, quick responses and made every effort for the stay to be memorable. Wonderful welcome on arrival and the staff (in particular Esther) went above and beyond. The food was beautifully presented and delicious... A definite unexpected gem.
A greater selection of beers / real ales would have been nice.

Wonderful atmosphere in the bar and Restaurant. Great welcome from the staff. Exceptional dinner, probably the best food we have had in the UK for a long long time. Bedroom spacious and the bathroom large.
Nothing at all.
