Mirage Medic Hotel

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mirage Medic Hotel. Getting from the train station to the hotel by bus was very simple. The metro station was one block away which took us right downtown Budapest. The friendly front desk staff were exceptionally helpful organizing the Hop-on Hop-off Bus (the pickup stop was just across the street) for us and happily answering all questions we had as well as offering suggestions. The breakfast provided was good. The area surrounding the hotel is lovely. There is a lot to see within walking distance of the hotel and we felt very safe in the area walking at night.

We had no complaints.

The location and service is very good.

Everything was great during our stay - convenient location, room cleanliness, client-oriented approach, helpful staff (special thanks to receptionists David and Alina), comfy bed and air-conditioning in the room.

Probably, there could have been a bit more variety for breakfast, but overall, the breakfast was decent and good enough for us.

The air con, presumably installed shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall (or maybe shortly before) went on the fritz our last night so made sleeping really uncomfortable. It’s definitely in need of an upgrade.
