The location was amazing
The interior pool and relaxation area need a bit of maintenance, and the room’s balcony could use more privacy (at least full glass separation)

Good exces and free parking when you visit Obidos. Big rooms.

They found out it was my birthday and at breakfast they brought me a small cake
- when you arrive the reception is empty
- no one helps you unload your bags
- there is a trolley for this purpose, however
- the receptionist has a distant attitude
- after giving you the keys he says "go down there" and you discover you have to drag your bags up two floors (there is no elevator)
- the room is of regular size but there is no place to hang your clothes
- there is no luggage rack
- there are no sockets to charge your devices. You have to unplug the lamp
- the bathroom is small
- the sink is minimal and you cannot put your items on a surface
- normal amenities but no ear cleaner
- not much light in the bathroom
- two coat hangers for two people
