Sarah was excellent, met us promptly, explained everything and recommended the restaurant below, which was excellent. The balcony was a very pleasant surprise.
Bathroom had a little smell, old buildings i guess you cannot escape this in a medieval town.
Coffee and tea making facilities were lacking.

The location and view were spectacular. The staff were very friendly and responsive.
The rooms are in a building with a shared living room and kitchen which was not clear from the description. Also, the room smelled strongly of sewage from the toilet which did not get better even with the door closed. The stairs to the loft beds were not very safe so would not recommend if you’re traveling with young child.
