Great location, central to the old town. Very helpful staff, professional. Clean, well-managed, comfortable. Breakfast was varied and good.

Internet speed was slow.

Staff friendly and very helpful and breakfast was lovely.

I paid for breakfast for Friday to Monday. We had to leave at 5am on Monday morning so missed breakfast. There were pain au chocolate in reception we asked if we could have these and staff member said no we would have to pay 6 euros.

location- close to old town, close to parking

The location was superb and the view was fabulous.

The worst thing for me was the bed. I have traveled all over Europe and have stayed in at least a hundred of hotels. I have never experienced such discomfort. Quite the opposite. All the hotels I stayed in before had beds from decent to great. It is two teenage style single beds hard as a wooden board with some thin additional mattress cover over them which kept sliding down all the time. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night feeling back pain. Also, the chain has this no-frills self-service vibe which might be a bit shocking for a first-time guest, and instructions should be provided upon arrival- for example, that you have to take your breakfast tray off the table once you are done.
