Breakfast is a hit. The breakfast staff are superb exceeding all my expectations. Food is good and plentiful and tailored to each guest. Housekeeping was excellent in room 102. The front desk staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. The location is a short walk to Bassac Ln and located on Langka ln. Both places have plenty of food, drink and night spots. An added plus is watching the turtles move around in their sanctuary within the lobby area.
A/C could be colder and noise from Langka lane is loud on the lower floors.

The room was clean with an open wash area. It could be good for one perzon but not two.
The hotel was in a tiny lane where the taxi could not go. The room was not large enough for two single beds. The toilet and shower were in two tiny rooms where hardly one person can comfortably shower or use..
