The area was not as described

The beds were very comfortable. The property was also clean and cozy.

The location was very specific. Also, in the days with more crowd, the staff was sometimes unable to help everyone quickly so it took some time.

The staff were really helpful. An early check-in was offered on the day of arrival. They as well offered a storage for our luggages fir few days at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also varied. I can really recommend.

The only issue is the people around the hotel making looks not safe , selling things and as it is out of the hotel control, they can not be blamed.

The staff were very cooperative and helpful. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The view from the room was also quite impressive and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price. The towels were old and worn out, and the hotel offered very limited amenities, almost none, which is not what I would expect from a hotel charging more than USD 200 per night. The location is very busy and surrounded by informal markets, and the area can be quite smelly at times. The breakfast selection was also very limited, with almost no variety. On top of that, the hotel charges an additional fee for luggage storage, which I found unreasonable considering the room rate. For a hotel charging over USD 200 per night, I would expect much better amenities, service, and overall value. Overall, the hotel feels significantly overpriced for what it offers.
