The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast. Nothing savory left, out of the 3 breakfasts, only once we had ham and cheese, the other days it was all just croissants, despite going earlier.
It should also be very much highlighted that is a student residence, so you will hear students partying till late or playing football.

I liked the location
I was surprised by the additional government/tourist tax charged at check-in (€2.45 per person) after I had already paid for the room. This extra fee was not clearly mentioned during the booking process or on the website, so it felt like a hidden charge. Transparency about all mandatory fees before payment would improve the customer experience.
