Good location. Comfortable room
The food ordering. Expecting guests to hang about in the bar waiting for food that has been ordered through the app is ridiculous. I was kept hanging about for over half an hour after a long day's work. I missed my favourite TV programme as a result. The system needs to change so that the customer gets a phone call when the food is ready

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Superb bathroom. Comfy bed. TV and tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Enough room to put overnight case away in wardrobe. Plenty of accessible sockets and charging points. Adjustable air conditioning so the room temperature was just as I wanted it. Free wifi. Good breakfast. Reasonable evening menu but also option for 24hour room service. Onsite parking (though pricey). Excellent location for my needs.
All good.

Lovely and clean spacious rooms, comfy beds bedding smelt fresh, clean stain free carpets in rooms and corridors. Ladies on reception were friendly and helpful. Parking on site was a bonus.Breakfast was a smooth process and plenty of room between tables.Grandaughtet especially enjoyed making her waffle. Location within short walking distance to city centre/resturants.
The scambled egg was dry and crumbly not a nice texture at all.

Room was clean enough and comfortable
Front staff were rude and unhelpful. They made us feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable.
