How kind and helpful the staff was
We were disappointed because the restaurant was closed as the last time we stayed we had a great meal.

Great location for an overnight halt on EV15 cycle route. Huge supermarket across the road for supplies
I was told the basement garage was secure bike storage, but there was nothing to lock the bike to. In the morning, the garage door was wide open — anyone could have walked in and taken it. Staff mentioned CCTV, but that offers little real protection. A simple bike rack or fixed anchor point would make a big difference. Very disappointing and not secure at all. Also, 3x spiders in the bedroom, it didn't seem very clean to me.
