The bed was disgustingly comfortable - so soft and I slept like a baby!

Lovely clean sheets and great location
Air conditioner next door in all night. Had to imagine emergency helicopter. Not for light sleeper but fine for me

I like East Brunswick. It has trains and trams nearby. The facility is EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. It is not 5 star, but the prices are very competitive. no issues at all about cleanliness. Meals at nearby hotel, cafe take-away. Barkly Square shopping centre. All within walking distance.
If I want something better, I need to pay more.

Close proximity to things
There were so many black bugs in the bathroom that had got in from somewhere, the room next door to 33 had a terrible odour from it with all this stuff out the front of the room.
