Close to where we needed to be
Hard to get to

Near tram stop and so we didn't need to drive in unfamiliar Melbourne traffic. Room size good, beds OK, shower good and room not too noisy for the position. Near park and a 1 km easy walk to restaurants.. we had good weather. We would stay again if we needed to be on this part of the city. Suited our needs.
Second bed best suited for a child, not adult.

I like the location and staff members are great too.
I don't like going up and down the stairs all the time coz of my feet problems. I wish they have breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable.
The stairs and outside needed some TLC and No food available.

"The practically of location and it’s more convenient than a hotel, the enclosed park at night is a great bonus"
