Wow! What a gem! Plenty of space in the apartment, with an ample-sized bedroom, living room and bathroom. The large street-facing windows had great natural light, and a beautiful view of the street below. Our host greeted us with the keys and a map of the city with highlights, which was very useful to find local dinner and gelato spots. The apartment is located in a prime spot of the city, perfect for walking to all the attractions. 10/10!
Noting one flight of steep steps to climb to reach the aparment.

Amazing location, comfy bed, plenty of space, lots of clean towels.
Nothing to really complain about. Perhaps some of the kitchenware could be replaced and tea towels could be provided.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious with high ceilings, air conditioning and well equipped. Apartment is right in the heart of Florence, but apartment is really well sound proof so no street noise. All attractions are not too far a walk and we really appreciated Vincent's helpful introductory chat and map with recommendations.
Nothing. Great stay.

Amazing location but very busy street.
The aircon didn't really work that well and was very loud. The room was smaller than we expected from the images.
