St Paul's Hotel

We loved the character of the hotel :) all the staff we interacted with were amazing :) it was very clean and we loved the little touches that showed care & attention to detail ! Our room was spacious with a comfortable seating area & a high ceiling and it had a lovely view towards the garden :) Bathroom and shower were great. We also really enjoyed trying a few of the amazing selection of over 200 whiskeys they have :)

Have a mini fridge that can be used by guests. Although they kindly kept the milk pods and 2 bottles of water in there for us too. Bonus points for providing spare toothbrush and toothpaste sets. Very rare hotels do this, but such a handy thing to have... Shower gel and body lotion smells very nice. Room was super clean, beds comfy and coffee and tea station standard, but still a great comfort to have in a hotel room. Now the Melody restaurant on site feels like I need more time there. As we were going to a show, we didn't have time to have a proper dinner and do one of there many....many whisky tastings. We had bar food and 2 drinks. Reasonably priced and tasted great.. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for shows, transport and just a nice evening out.

Only stayed once. So cannot comment on this.

The cosy feel & customer service

The tv was very dated

We stayed there at Christmas time and it was good so we booked it again for June. Sadly totally different experience. Location is good, close to Hammersmith station and Holland Park, High Street Kensington.

We booked 21m2 room and it was much smaller. They offered a different one, also asked for quiet room as well as I am a light sleeper sadly. The room that offered was a tiny bit bigger but literally the only window looked for the main road which is very loud. Was disappointing this time, would have been nice if they would recognised that we stayed there before and a bit more nicer for room allocation- specially if iI ask kindly for quiet room. If you are lucky you can have a nice room if not well that is bad luck I guess….
