I would first and foremost thank Roy. When we arrived the afternoon of September 11th, weary after an overnight flight from Canada 🇨🇦, Roy welcomed us inside, asked us to please sit down and relax, and offered us a jug of cold water. He than, with the help of Mack, took our suitcases to our rooms. It was an incredible welcome to Amsterdam and to your hotel. Your staff are all excellent ambassadors but Roy is one of the best. We found that location of the hotel to be awesome. The restaurant was really good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The stairs to the 3rd floor were “interesting”. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is not a criticism, just a note that the stairs to the 3rd floor are steep and could be an issue for individuals with mobility problems.

Fabulous boutique hotel

A wee bit tricky to find initially

Great location in heart of Jordaan district - fab vibe, restaurants and bars. It’s only 10 min walk from Centraal Station and close to centre. Room was clean with comfortable bed and good aircon. Staff helpful at check in and helped with carrying bags up steep stairs. They have a fab deal for a complimentary breakfast at a lovely cafe opposite - Good Beans, delicious cheese and mustard croissant and amazing coffee.

Small double really does mean small room but with a large bed that occupies most of it! All needed for a short stay.
