Great location. A really cute part of town on a slightly quieter stretch of canal but a short walk to a buzzy street of cafes and a market.
There’s no A/C but I appreciated that a fan was provided and it did the job. Also the windows open onto a cool light well.
The communal areas aren’t as good the apartment itself but that’s not the fault of the owner and all in all not an issue.

Perfekt Lage und sehr gepflegt
Eigentlich alles - natürlich wäre Aussicht noch toller gewesen aber dafür war der Preis sehr fair und die Lage perfekt

The position was really convenient, enabling us to walk to most places of interest.
We purposely booked accommodation with lifts in the building, and to find out this lift was not working, and we didn't see any signs of it being fixed during our 5 day stay, was particularly disappointing as an elderly couple, given the room is on the 4th floor. Also a toaster, microwave or stove top would have been appreciated, along with some basic cleaning essentials.
