Stayed here 3 times so far and happy with the hotel. Comfortable bed, hot shower, and WiFi - meets my criteria for being good.
The location is ideal and walking distance to the centre and also the nightlife in Bella Vista.
The staff are also very helpful and feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the room.

Fernando was very welcoming, and even offered to bring us coffee to our rooms after
a long day of travel. Our balconies were lovely, great view of yard and flowers, and nice to enjoy our coffees. Water was hot in the shower. Easy check in and check out. Quiet state no party people. Our breakfast was humble, but satisfying.
Safe did not work so we had to take our cash and passports with us when we were visiting the surrounding areas.

- Location is quite nice close to the busy street of Bella Vista and for hiking the hill
- Clean
- Hot water
- Bed is not comfortable, quite bouncy so not firm but then also you can feel the spring poking. Probably quite old bed
- Bathroom shower door broken and cannot be closed, so need to hold it by hand or feet when showering
- Hair dryer off after used by for a couple of mins and can't be on again unless waiting for quite long
