FRii Bali Echo Beach

Location was great! Pool access right from the room was amazing!

The staff was good but too much friendly, they used to smile everytime i see them made it abit awkward.

The location is perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, about 10 minutes on foot. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

The staff were definitely the biggest positive. They were friendly, polite and responsive whenever we reported a problem. When we found a gecko in our first room, they reacted quickly and moved us to another room, which was a little brighter and felt slightly fresher. The price is also reasonable for a short stay.

The hotel looked noticeably better in the photos than in reality. The biggest issue for us was cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The towels were clean and the bed linen was mostly fine, although the pillows were not as clean as expected. We also found quite a lot of ants in our suitcase when we were packing to leave, even though we had not kept any food or sweets inside. Breakfast was very basic and not varied at all. There was no alternative milk available, only regular cow’s milk, which was inconvenient for me because I am lactose intolerant. Coffee was also charged separately.
