Nice room with comfortable beds. They let us check in early(12 PM) as the room was available. The staff was helpful and cooperative. We had to check out at 4 AM to catch the flight; they made the process smooth as well.
The foot pedal of the washroom dustbin was broken.

The staff went out of their ways to assist cliente to settle in well, and they make clientes feel at home. Assistance ranges from finding a taxi to getting connected with telephone connection as well as providing basic locational informations. One remarkable featuure is the smile on the staffs' faces it makes one feel welcomed..
There is not much to complain, except the drainage in the shower was smelly on the first day, but later was resolved. The cleaning staff should pay more attention to this issue especially when a new cliente is moving in.

Staff was coperative and willing to help.
The Mattress and Pillows needs change. Food can be improoved. Only the breakfast on the last day was good as some special guest were arriving that day.
