Breakfast great and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. We loved the staff they were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The Barista made my coffee exactly as I wanted and I loved our little staff chats as we came in after a day out or leaving in the morning. They also gave us advice on where to get the bus to San Gimi and pre ordered our taxis..

Hotel is very centrally located a short walk from the Piazza il Campo. It made it very easy to explore Siena.
The breakfast was good, nice fruit salad, yoghurts, and cereal, and pastries with eggs on offer. A wider selection of bread, cheese and cold meals would have been nice. The staff were really helpful and the coffee was excellent.
We ate on the terrace one evening and the Caprese salad was very good. I had to ask for bread to go with it which the staff happily provided. I would have welcomed a wider selection of food to eat in the Bar / terrace but I expect ,ost guests choose to eat out and so there may not be the demand for it.

The location and the view were spectacular! A great place to stay to view the city with a very short, nice walk to the Piazza del Campo, The room was great, bathroom clean and big and the bed was comfortable. We asked for a fan that they brought immediately and that was helpful in cooling down the room. The patio area for a glass of wine or enjoying the included breakfast was a very nice added feature. Cordova and her father were very nice and accommodating
There are no negative things to say about this property or our experience
