Good location for a one night stop. We saw a lot of the city in a short time.
We got into our room early which was a bonus for us.
The room was comfortable and the location was quiet

The location could not have been better as a base to explore Siena and the surrounding countryside..the comfortable AC rooms were beautifully decorated. Ela was a wonderful "host" who helped us with numerous queries both prior and during our stay. Wonderful restaurants and sites are all within walking distance and there is one right next door which was outstanding. All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed by some stairs so not suitable if reliant on a lift.
Not a big negative but breakfasts aren't included.There is however a communal area where you can make tea/coffee with simple breads and biscuits provided . There also is tea / coffee/kettle in the rooms.

Facilities were very nice and modern particularly compared to other places we have stayed at in Italy. Rooms were spacious (we booked a few on this floor as we were travelling as a bigger group) and they were clean and well maintained! The location was also perfect, so close to everything! It is within the ZTL zone but we used their recommended private garage serice to park all 3x cars, which meant they were able to drop us at the front door with our suitcases.
Nothing much only flag to guests would be that there was no lift so you have to carry your bags, but this is only up one flight of stairs.
