That it is clean, neat and perfect for couple! I like how the staff are kind and professional. Assist with late checkout. The hotel also has great offers e.g buy 1 main and FREE 1 dessert. There is free buggy shuttle service up til 9pm. The sauna and pool can be booked for free!!! Money changer service in house. The pool is awesone. Open till 9pm. Welcome drink and pool towel providee.
The room TV-LG , is old and not smart tv. Delay and fragmented with movie.

The breakfast at the rooftop was a highlight of our stay, with a stunning view to start the day.
The food was good and complemented the beautiful surroundings perfectly.
A great way to enjoy a relaxing morning with a wonderful panorama.

The hotel is huge and is in a good location.
Their shuttle service to Seminyak squalr/mall and beach is a very good add-on
I would really appreciate if that could maintain it properly. There was a strange smell (im guessing its the smell of old wood) that was coming from the room.
Also We had booked room with jacuzzi but when i turned it on, i saw some particles come out of it which was not good. Defeats the purpose of booking one at the first place.
