Staff is incredible - Made, one of the staff, picked my partner and I up from the airport and was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. My partner's luggage got lost during our travels, and Made helped us with receiving the bag from the airport service when we were out for the day.
Could have been nice to have a fan in the room, it got quite hot at night. The room was a standard level of clean as well.

The pool was awesome and the staff were so lovely like beyond helpful and sweet. The shower also had amazing water pressure and got really hot

The family is awesome, so accommodating and supportive of the booking changes I needed to make
I'm a little sensitive to emf and it's near a cell tower.
