We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We checked in quite late after attending an event, but the check-in process was completely seamless. The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and helpful, which was especially appreciated after a long evening. The room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every member of staff we encountered from reception and security to the kitchen team was friendly, professional and genuinely wonderful. We also ordered food through the room service site, and we were honestly impressed by how quickly it was delivered. Everything was efficient, convenient and of such a high standard. It’s not often that you leave a place feeling impressed by every aspect of your stay, but this was definitely one of those experiences. The service, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality were all exceptional. We will definitely be staying here whenever we are in Rustenburg. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We truly appreciated it.

Resturant on site was good The staff who helped on the second day was helpful Request for extension cord was met quickly Was moved to a new room due to uncleanliness of the first room . But only after one night and second complaint . Apology was genuine

Check in experience. Guy at front was quick to hand keys and nothing else. Did not provide info on breakfast or wifi or check out - needed to ask . When handing over extension cord needed as the room did not have plug points next to bed . I advised room was unclean. Not attempt to help or assist . Next morning a different staff member responded to cleanliness issue and we were moved to a new room . Room I booked was a king suit but did not come with any of the room amenities as mentioned . In the morning housekeeping and ground staff were very noisy shouting accross the area and being loud with their tasks so much so it woke one up . This at 6-7am .
