Travelling with my daughter. We only used the hotel for bed (arrived late and left early). But the room was clean with very comfortable bed.
The pillows were rather flat and could do with replacing.

Within walking distance of the train station, ideal as a base for getting around London and Westfield shopping centre. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't pre cooked, it was freshly cooked as you order it. The staff are excellent.
The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The bar closes at 11pm, an extended licence for residents would be a bonus. Double rooms could do with more coat hangers, 3 isn't really enough for 2 people.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy checkin and checkout process, pleasant hotel, nice comfortable room with tea and coffee available, good wifi
A couple of the lights didn’t work but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay as the room had plenty of lighting options overall.
