One96

We went to one96 and it was not anything like as described. It was suppose to be 75sqm but far less and quite small (I think they included stairwell and lift area for the building). We obviously complained to the manager and he did the right thing and moved us to the Putman which had far larger rooms I will do my review on the putman which was amazing!

Nothing - it was a beautiful apartment and a great option around Hong Kong - would totally stay there again. The facilities were clean and and well kept.

Room 36 - the view! The hotel - the location, super central & the staff were great.

The blinds are on a switch setup - it’s not super clear how to use. They broke 3 x during our stay (either wouldn’t pull up, or when coming down, came off the track and over ran and were out of sync with the other blind) We noticed there was a pull out sofa but when we went to use it, it exposed the underneath of the sofa, the floor was really dirty, with trash and dust. There was a door in the bathroom that was locked, it seemed like it went to another room / not a closet. As if it was an interconnecting room but there is only 1 room per floor. It just felt abit creepy as there was always a light on and it shone through into the bathroom during the night, created abit of unease of not knowing what the door was for, where it went to and if there was some access to our room.

Annoying that I had to go to three places for breakfast they did not give me the full breakfast I wanted to have more but they limited to only eggs and coffee no bread or croissants I had to pay separately.

The idea of having breakfast is good but not to go and get it yourself. I r need to have more choices of drinks and maybe more cooking utensils and no salt or pepper jams etc some foil or containers would be good
