Great location, good apartment, enough space and air, relatively quiet area
Everything was a bit dirty, this apartment requires deep cleaning everywhere, sofa in main room is very dirty, all curtains and bedspreads are very dusty. Kitchen equipment are poor and dirty, pans are old and broken. Bathroom tiles and cabin somewhere covered with mold.

The location and the apartment was good.
The stairs , it needs to be fixed. There are fixtures and the walls are damaged. The elevator does not work, but we know the stairs are part of the building and it is not the property owners responsibility. The apartment was clean and Claudia was really nice 😃

Entrada i escala molt malament, ascenssor que no funciona.
