The property was in a charming neighborhood

Fabio gave us a warm welcome, prompt to respond to messages.
The room was clean and comfortable, good air conditioning as Rome was really hot, walkable distance pretty much everywhere central. The kitchen area is nice with everything you need .
We had breakfast at the bar downstairs which could have been more enjoyable if the people working there were more welcoming.
Thank you Fabio!

The room was very nice. Fabio was available always and responded extremely fast. The coffee shop below the place was very convenient and really good. Highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Rome. The Trastevere area is beautiful and gives you the authentic Roman feel.

I would not stay here again. The breakfast that was included was a little cafe downstairs by a couple who were extremely unwelcoming and rude. They did not even offer the brioche. The AC did not work and we suffered all night using a wet towel to keep ourselves cool. The shower heads need to be replaced as well.
