Very clean and welcoming, we arrived early and host arranged for partner to help us in.

amazing breakfast, great choice, apart from regular continental options at your disposal there is also a menu, which you need to fill prior, we had full Irish and an amazing oatmeal, it was delicious and a great portion as well, we left full and super satisfied, the place was lovely, the room was cosy and had a nice, comfortable bed. We had all we needed in the room
everything was great

It is located only 4.5 kilometres (2-3 miles) to Shannon so a great place to stay when arriving or departing. There are good restaurants right down the road. It is spotlessly cleans, beds are comfortable and the host - Lorraine - is just lovely and helpful.
The ONLY thing I would change is having unscented linens on the bed. I have allergies to scents but just put a towel over the edge of the sheet and slept.

The warm welcome received on a late arrival, continuing throughout my stay, and all facilities 'up to scratch' for an overnight stay
A separate comfy lounge (but likely not feasible) and coffee/ tea making facilities in the room
