The location of the hotel was very good, it well presented well and had just been newly refurbished. Staff were very nice and hotel was near a good selection of local restaurants.
For the price we paid we felt the rooms should have least had a fridge in the rooms. We were told we could get ice and chilled water from the floor above us but it was empty for our whole stay, despite reporting every day snd being reassured it would be sorted.

Location and pool
Checkin was very long queue and room wasn’t ready the two times I checked. 3rd time just before 6pm the receptionist had to ring to check if rooms were cleaned. Receptionist kept saying she was very busy as people were checking in non stop and people check out late so cleaners were behind.
