Exceptionally clean well equipped and spacious room. Beautiful bed linen and very comfy beds .( We had the twin room as I’d just undergone some major dental work and was in need of rest) Room was really quiet and peaceful. Beautifully crafted , locally sourced handmade oak furniture finished off this delightful room

Very poor internet in the room we stayed in ( Copse) especially as there was no 4G either . An easy fix which would bring this lovely property up a notch

Lovely friendly staff. Large clean room, with very comfortable king-size bed. Excellent value for money with breakfast included. Also had an evening meal there, which was delicious.

Coffee at breakfast was weak and not hot, but this was a very minor thing.

First off staff were friendly and helpful. Really good. Food was good pub food and breakfast was very tasty. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was good quality.

The rooms were disappointing. They were no part of the pub building but rather a pre fab building which had been converted. The shower and plumbing were very poor. The shower unit was like something out of the 80's and was either nuclear fuel rod hot or arctic cold with a moment of a millimetre. The sink unit ran cold until I found a heater unit underneath. There was no information about this. I believe there must be a water supply or pressure issue? There were 2 flashing lights, presumably smoke detectors that were quite obtrusive, also the fire exit light hadn't been properly sealed and the light was again visible.
