A lovely property with a cute garden to watch sunsets over the river. Such a quiet but convenient location - within a short walk of central Kutaisi. Run by a lovely family who are very accommodating. We also enjoyed the company of the two polite resident cats. Would recommend to anyone basing themselves in Kutaisi for a few nights.

Excellent staff. Super flexible with check-in and quick to respond. Amazing views and very, very central. Will be back again.

Une très bonne adresse L'hôtel est très propre et idéalement situé au bord de la rivière un accueil formidable de la part l'hôte. Une cave à vin très ancienne et impressionnante, Je vous recommande donc de commander l'assemblage de vin signature du propriétaire. Je recommande l'adresse!

Nice spot by the river. It was clean.
Beds were very uncomfortable (I stayed in room 1) - you could see the sag in the mattress. No breakfast offered. No shower curtain. Had to put toilet paper in a bin. Manager insisted we pay cash and said this was confirmed on Booking.com... this is not the case it just said pay at the property. Compared to other properties it was poor value for money.
