Hotel Memoire Kutaisi

Great vibe and nicely located. 15 minute bolt/taxi ride from central bus station. Wonderful breakfast. Sophia is s great host at the front desk.

We booked this hotel for only one night and really loved it. The room was spacious, the night was very quiet considering it’s located in the middle of town, the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The bathroom is maybe a bit outdated and could do with a renovation. The shower head came off when using it, so I had to shower using only the hose…

The hotel is beautiful and I recommend staying here. We got a big clean room. Unfortunately, the shower design was really bad and we flooded the whole bathroom! The breakfast was also not great, for a hotel with tourists, I expect a continental breakfast rather than a Georgian one

Nobody wants to eat cucumbers at breakfast…offer some good (!!!!) bread, butter, eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt (packaged, not in a big open container ready to collect dust), granola. That’s more than enough for most people…instead of setting up a whole table with random foods that people would eat at lunch rather than breakfast.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, location is good.

Our air conditioning was broken but management did not fix it, accept a room change or offer any kind of small, goodwill gesture for the inconvenience amidst the 31 degree heat. These things happen, but the response from management was very different to what guests would expect.
