The location was great and everything was clean. We had AC.
The room was very small and the look from the window was at 3 other walls so we had no daylight.

Location
The central heating was on only some hours from the evening until the morning. The room was freezing during the day and the heating unit in the bedroom did not work well to heat a room of that size. Despite a cool heat in Madrid, the hostal does not provide appropriate heating the whole day.
I could hear very loud noises from other bedrooms until very late. I could not sleep well.
