Easy to find and conveniently placed. Friendly staff and everything was clean
Coffee tasted strange both in the room and at breakfast

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach front. Really clean & comfortable. Great breakfast choices. Super friendly lady owner. Would definitely recommend.
The only thing we thought was missing was some hand soap for the bathroom sink.

Breakfast was ok!
The bed in room 8 was awful, we got very little sleep, we wanted to spend the day in Brighton but we drove home straight after breakfast so we could go to bed and get some sleep!!
It kind of spoilt the weekend!!

"friendly staff, the property was very clean and the bed & pillows were very comfortable.
The breakfast was brilliant from the full English to the scrambled egg on toast!"
