Colson House

The balcony room was beautiful. We loved it and sat on the balcony in the sun! The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was just such a lovely space, cosy and well-designed. We will definitely come back.

The scaffolders next door!

Good location - the sea was at the end of the road and in between was St James Street heading to town with many bakeries, cafes, pubs. Colson House has a nice, little garden area with a table to sit at out front. My room was just right with enough room to move about and the shower etc was hidden behind a sliding door with a big mirror. The bed was comfy, the linen and towels were immaculately clean (as was the room) and felt lovely. A tray for making tea/coffee provided. There is an easy to use code system for the front door and your room and the host was very helpful.

The location on how easy was to go inside with simple steps. I also loved that I found water, tea, biscuits and a kettle

I would have liked to get exactly the room I booked but it was different from the pictures I saw however, the room was very good. The shower doors in the bottom needs a little bit more cleaning.

OK cost and location.

Needed paint and TLC a few years ago.
