Great location, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.

The gym was old some equipment didn’t work.

Loved staying at the Avatar. Beach facing rooms are amazing. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and WiFi. Pool was nice for a cool down. Close to beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very well priced. I booked a different hotel for my second stay in Da Nang and wished I was back at Avatar.

Great location with a short walk across to the beach. Nice views of the ocean from our room. Large room, comfortable king bed with a huge feature bath. We had a leak in the bathroom and the staff came instantly to fix. Great customer service. Staff were very friendly.

Small issue with lack of water pressure for the rain shower and water temp was luke warm.

Location was good. Apartment was clean.

No lounge or sofa to sit on. All this open space and NOTHING except a small, thin, HARD AND NARROW wooden bench to seat two people that was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge was ridiculously small and kept seeping water out the whole time we were there. I had to wipe the water off the ground several times. No freezer section as it was so tiny it struggled to be a fridge. They brought us this horrible fold out table that had pieces of wood sticking out which could have easily given my family splinters. I appreciate their kind gesture but the table was unbelievably wobbly and unstable because there was NO DINING TABLE EITHER! What the hell did we pay for??? The people are lovely but the room wasn’t.
