HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

Great hotel with excellent location right across the beach with everything very close to the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good choice and also food at the hotel restaurant was very good and at very reasonable price. We stayed for 8 nights there and we appreciated that the hotel provided us discount for using their services (food, laundry, massage). Location was also good to explore Danang. In general staff were very polite and ready to go the extra mile for us (except see below).

Although most staff were very good, there were one or two staff at the reception who assisted us but did this very reluctantly and talked to us as if we were annoying them. We also did not appreciate the attitude of the person serving drinks in front of the lobby. We got free vouchers to use for free drinks at the lobby, and we used the vouchers to give the free drinks to our driver. The staff speak extremely rudely to my wife when he saw her giving the drink to our driver.

Location and view

Adam at the pool was amazing. We had a large group of people and he made us all feel well taken care of when we were at the pool. One of the nicest staff I have ever meet on holidays and we do travel at least 3 times a year. Our group of about 20 all new him by name. The staff at the lobby and also at the door were also very friendly. Dinner staff were very good as well as the cleaning staff. Congratulations on your staff. Will definately be telling anyone how good your hotel is. Thank you.

Location, breakfast and food in general was very good

Staff was ok .We had to "wait" until they checked nothing was consumed in the room. They can always charge the cc. It was disrespectul not to believe us.... I will give it 3 stars to this hotel
