The aesthetics of the interiors are beautiful and gave us the feeling of being in Paris with a Taiwanese twist. Especially loved the marble floors in the bathroom and the cooper touches with the chandelier

I would have given 10/10 except for one instance. When we checked in we were told breakfast was included by the very attentive and polite manager on duty, however on the last morning the manager on duty was very very rude to us and told us our breakfast was not included. He even yelled across the foyer at us. I found the interaction upsetting. When we checked out he said they had made the mistake and we didn’t have to pay for the breakfasts although he did not apologise at all, did not thank us for staying, did not open the door for us although we had suitcases and simply said ‘see ya’. He couldn’t be more rude. Unfortunately he ruined our overall experience.

The staff were lovely and amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The location was incredible...so much life in this part of town. The rooms were really fun and the design details were great, so many lovely details. The rooms were very well equipped and the minibar snacks were a bonus

The food options were so limited and there isn't something available at all times. This seems to be a trend with marriott hotels- food just isn't a priority. . The pool has no refreshments which is quite boring and a shame for such a great pool spot. One really simple one...there is no where to sit in reception and wait for your friends or your taxi.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, great location, superb concierge and housekeeping

The reception would not acknowledge the Marriott Bonvoy membership even though they advertise to be in the chain

Room design layout poor. E.g. chandelier hang too low at shoulder level! Glass partition and door not so obvious cause bumping, shower faucets and pipes setup imitate old fashion, not effective. A lot of superfluous things, lighting power switches unclear…….
