Thomas Beach Studios

The location is superb, overlooking the sea and the bay. The apartment is small but has everything you need and nicely decorated. The apartment has a large balcony with table and chairs. Beneath the balcony accessed by steps is a large terrace which has sunbeds and umbrella for each of the 4 apartments. Further steps takes you down to the waters edge with a small shingle beach. There are 5 restaurants within a few hundred yards and two food supermarkets.

The balcony is a sun trap all day long and could do with an umbrella or a blind to provide some shade if required.

So glad we stayed here. Worth every penny. Just about everything you could want or need has been provided. Room isn’t huge but is spacious enough. Kitchen are is very well equipped and in a separate area to the bedroom. Very good bathroom. And having your own balcony, own sun beds and own beaches so good in busy Paleokastrisa. Also right next to the bus stop, several restaurants and one of the few cocktail bars!

The apartment itself is great. The owner’s restaurant Nereids wasn’t our favourite however, the food is excellent but it feels a bit soulless and the background saxophone music needs changing!

The Thomas Beach Studios is an outstanding property and staying there really made our holiday in Paleokastritsa. The location is excellent with the property lying right on the waterfront on a secluded bay that contains a small sandy beach. Yet the main road with its amenities is just a short walk away via a stepped path surrounded by flowering bushes. The apartments themselves are very well and thoughtfully appointed and they contain some cooking facilities and cutlery. So you can eat there occasionally whilst admiring the view that is on your doorstep. It all made for a very relaxing vacation

Nothing. And, if any issues do arise, I am sure they would be dealt with promptly and professionally by Maria and her attentive staff.

Excellent location, excellent views and great value for money. Private swimming and sunbathing area. Secluded from crowds.

The stairs with luggage (we had a lot after our 3 week holiday). Maria kindly arranged someone to help us get our bags back out to street level when we departed
