Akrotiri Beach Resort & Spa - Adult Friendly

This resort is perfect. Comfortable beds, the room is well equipped and very clean. Seemed like they actually thought about everything to make the room perfect for your stay. The staff is so nice and helpful, the breakfast was absolutely great. Amazing view from the room and the pool. The room and sunbed service is great.

The pool is cold

Everything, the location is amazing. The staff are attentive, the pool is lovely and there’s no sunbed hogging. Always free Sunbeds and options at the pool or beachside. Easy check in. Stunning scenery all around. The breakfast buffet was superb with everything you can imagine from savoury, pastry and cakes. Views from the balcony were lovely.

The bedroom is on the slightly smaller side but didn’t bother us. It would be nice to have a mirror above the desk- just a minor suggestion. The only minor negative were the pool toilets did not have the same cleanliness that the rest of the hotel did.

We added an extra night and got a different room that had some WiFi issues as well as air conditioner that wasn’t as good as in the first room

The general location of the resort is nice, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the issues with our premium room.

I specifically booked and paid a premium price for the "Private Deck Room with Jacuzzi," but the experience was completely ruined. First, there is a hidden restriction: the hotel completely shuts off the jacuzzi at 21:00. This major limitation is NOT mentioned anywhere on Booking.com or in the reservation policies; it is only stated on a physical sign inside the room. Second, the jacuzzi was physically broken. A hotel technician inspected it and confirmed that the heater did not work and 2 out of the 3 jets were broken. While the hotel eventually offered a partial refund to match a standard room rate, the premium evening experience we specifically traveled and paid for was lost.
