Great customer service from staff. Room exceptionally clean and great water pressure in the shower, a rarity in Thailand. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, beautiful style, nice pool, air conditioned gym.
Rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast had little variety and was very limited for vegetarian and gluten free options.
The front door is not sound proof so you hear all the breakfast noise.

The property is well located in the centre of the old city. Many sites, restaurants and services easily accessible. The rooms were large and the architecture and design replicates traditional design. There is a large pool.
The room was advertised as suite which it was not just a big room. The jacuzzi bath did not work. The staff were indifferent except the woman selling tours. The loungers around the pool need mattresses as they are not comfortable
