InterContinental London - The O2 by IHG

We went to an event at the o2 so it was convenient.

Liked everything.

Loved the room, link to the O2 and the breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choices and staff very attentive.

One cracked and chipped mug in the room but that was the only thing.

Room was wonderful, bed amazingly comfortable with everything you could wish for in a room. Fabulous views over the River Thames and the best location in terms of easy access to the 02 Arena than anywhere else.

There was a private function on and car parking spaces had been paid for and pre-allocated to the event. This made parking for other hotel guests extremely inconvenient with trips back and forth to concierge to try and sort things out, which to be fair to the kind gentleman on Concierge he did, but at a cost of £52 for the privilege of parking for less than 24 hours I expect to be able to park my car, especially around the 02 arena when there is a full to capacity event being held. The Skybar on the 18th Floor was also closed due to lack of staff, which was very disappointing and I think as a matter of courtesy should have been mentioned on arrival so guests were aware of the closure
