Very comfortable spacious family suite. Lovely modern decor and nice toiletries.
There weren’t enough pillows provided and we couldn’t get through to reception to ask for more.

Very good! I we liked everything.
The shower glass features a system that lets you toggle its opacity with the push of a button. The problem is that, even when the glass is set to opaque, if someone enters the bathroom and turns on the light at night, the light still shines through and illuminates the room; this tends to disturb the sleep of anyone sensitive to light.

Good location and easy to get to from the station, everything in walking distance.
We were ‘upgraded’ to a superior room but the room was filthy. There was hand marks all over the walls and windows, the sofa in the room had huge brown stains. Marks and dust all over. Mould in the bathroom.

Hotel is cool and bar at the top is probably the best in Canary Wharf.
The fact that I had to be given 3 separate rooms. 1st room the was a guy in the room when I entered…. 2nd stank of raw sewage 3rd the hotel finally upgraded me.
