Pleasant , great staff and great location

One of the best-located hotels in Samarkand. Built around a lovely courtyard with fruit trees. Rooms are spacious, a bit spartan, but fully adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is excellent.
The staff are definitely hit or miss. Some were good and some were decidedly less so.

Very comfortable bed.
The bathroom wasn’t useful, you can’t stand properly under the shower and you can’t stand in front of the sink.
