Shohjahon Palace Hotel & Spa

We arrived the hotel past midnite after flight rescheduled n delays coming in from Astana and had endured harrowing experience being left in the middle of nowhere by our Yandex driver midway to the hotel from the airport at 2am. Our thought whn arriving to the hotel, feeling exhausted, was nothing else bad would happen were granted, thank god. Thou almost 3am, the front desk reception were very attentive and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze, and being allocated the closes room from the lobby felt liked a bless. Room was suprising pleasing and clean. The AC was already kept on. And the sleep was comfortable. My many thanks to the hotel n staffs.

Not much actually. Coz due to the flight reschedule, our stay has cut short. Not the hotel faults. But if u asked me, my only qualm was, thou my room was pleasant n clean, but being on the ground floor and almost at the same level as the street out front, i was not able to appreciate the big glass window at the room coz it looks directly unto the street at pedestrian eye level and fronting the building right in front on the opposite side of the road. But hey, it is not that much an issue

Grand decor, excellent location 10 min from Registan square, restaurants and mosque nearby.

We only found out on the last day that they can make omeletters to order. Missing first day is totally understandable as we got in at the last minute but on the second day, we were the only ones there, yet we weren't told! It would've been helpful on the day as we had a long day trip planned.

Nice comfortable hotel in a great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, all within walking distance of the main sites. It's even got a spa in the basement. Nice restaurants nearby, too. A really nice start to our trip to Uzbekhistan. Good air conditioning, too, which was great in the very hot summer weather.

Nothing really

Good breakfast, closeness to Registon Ansambli

The safe did not work, beds were a bit too firm.
