The breakfast is delicious. The hotel has a great restaurant. The stuffs are exceptionally friendly.
in our room there was some problem with the hot water during night, but the gril from the receptions provide us a very quick solution, the day after, they fixed the heater but then during the night it was making a lot of noise and we could not sleep well because of that

A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit
Other than the Vietnamese dishes, breakfast was a bit disappointing.

- Kind staff, very clean + comfy + nicely decorated room, and central location! The welcome towel art was adorable.
- The backdoor (open from 6:00-23:00) was super convenient for quick access to the main roads, public transport, and big malls like Terminal 21. Grab taxis came very easily as well.
- The option to handle deposit payments with credit cards.
The back entry is close to a street with clubs (and what seemed to be some sort of erotic massage salon…?). The roads leading to the front entry is slightly dark if you happen to navigate it at night. Noise was not an issue but I just found it a bit strange when returning by foot in the evenings.

Room was comfortable with large shower, sitting area, refrigerator
Rooftop pool and sitting area was great
Water temperature in shower never got as hot as we liked
